Doing well and staying strong! Sorry for the short blog emoticon To make up for the brief entry here is a new pic of my precious girl!! Let's face it, the photo is far more interesting than my slow run today! LOL!



New totals....

1. Run/Walk - 44.08 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches - 1,100 reps
3. Pushups - 155 reps
4. Squats - 1,500 reps

Results this week....

Tuesday - 4.26 walk with slow run - DONE!
Wednesday - ST and 4.5 miles - DONE!
