Day One....AGAIN

Ok so this last weekend I went to Seattle and we walked all over. I love walking in Seattle it is great exercise and the best way to really see Seattle. However on Sunday I was hurting. My back got really tight and I realized that the weight I put back on and am not happy about was really hurting me. I managed all day but it was HOT and I was in pain whereas in the recent past I hadn't had that pain.

I had to buy bigger pants so that I don't hate myself every morning and while I know I shouldn't buy the bigger size I had to for my sanity and now that I have them I do feel a lot better and now I just want to get out of them and into the smaller size that I was for a while.

So today is day one...again. I am sure it won't be my last day one...again either.

So I have had a greek yogurt for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch, dinner is going to be grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and fresh zucchini with light sour cream ranch dip!

At noon I took an hour walk with my friend Jeremy. It was good but we were both hurtin' cuz it has been so long since we took that walk.

I am hopeful for myself and working toward some positive goals that only I am setting for myself. YHAY ME!!! Go Casey Go!

    Take it one day at a time and one step at a time. I am getting back on track as well. I have also been dealing with bronchitis so makes it hard to exercise.

    Getting back on track is hard.. I know for sure but it can be done!!! You go girl!!! I know you can do it.

    believe and achieve! right.. so believe you can do it and you can....
    (I know.. I am a total dork, but if i keep telling myself that I know I can get back to my goal weight.. ) LOL....

    Welcome back! I can so relate to the weight hurting my back, knees and feet. Your food today sounds healthy and walking is a great way to start. You'll be back in the smaller size in no time. emoticon
