New week, new goals...

Totals so far for the month...

1. Run/Walk - 39.55 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches - 900 reps
3. Pushups - 135 reps
4. Squats - 1,300 reps

New schedule for this week....

Tuesday - 4.26 walk with slow run - DONE!
Wednesday - ST with Cathe DVD and 3 mile walk
Thursday - 5 mile walk
Friday - ST with Cathe DVD and 3 mile walk
Saturday - 3 mile run/walk
Sunday - 3 mile walk
