Finally nailed down my goals

Been doing Spark since March and have been struggling to lose weight. I decided I wanted to read the Spark so ordered it and it finally arrived. As I was reading it I realized that although I was doing everything suggested on the web version I left some critical pieces undone or half done. Number 1 thing was MY GOALS!!!! Hello Angel, how can you keep motivated if you don't know what you're working for besides losing 50 pounds. I never really thought hard about what my actual goals were until I read how to think about and set goals. I was focused on whatever came to mind in that moment instead of really digging deep to find what motivates me, where I want to be in life, and what is most important to me. so here it is:
1)complete 28 day Spark plan.
2)commit to exercise 5 of 7 days p/w during this 28 days
3)track EVERYTHING I eat on a daily basis.
1)get new doctor, continue any further testing necessary
2)complete budget plan on SP
1)lose 50 pounds
2)investigate work in community outreach (teens/young adults who are at risk for or currently abuse drugs and/or alcohol)
3)plan a trip to Ocean City, Maryland and GO!!!!!
