Week 16: Detailed Exercise Log

WOW!! I have never struggled this long before...I have basically blown an entire month!! Last week I think I exercised 5 times total...that is pathetic! What worries me is my lack of desire to exercise. I just have to keep trying each and every day, and hope that one day I get up and STAY up! Here I go...trying to get myself going another week....WISH ME LUCK!!
This week my goal is again 400+ minutes and 20 or more miles...and I am striving to again do an aerobic workout 2x/day, at least 4 days this week. I also plan on trying out a Zumba class this week...didn't do it like I had wanted to last week! I am also going to be starting my next phase of P90X this week.
