Ate more salads last week then usual and it really seemed to help with the weight loss.
We know it works to eat more veggies and fruit and less bready carbs.
I'll be concentrating on doing this EACH day this week...even when staying two nights away from home at my Mom's house. That won't be so easy but I'll get 'er done.
