New totals for July.....
1. Run/Walk - 22.76 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches - 900 reps
3. Pushups - 135 reps
4. Squats - 1,100 reps

Todays results -
Time - 101 mins
Calories burned - 646
Walk 6.13 miles - DONE! 4 miles walk 14:42 mm avg pace with a long slow 2.13 mile cool down walk.
Light core and leg work - DONE!
Water - 4 liters DONE!
Vitamins - DONE!

Super foods for today - Logging foods early today as I have a super HOT dinner date with DH today! I am making a buffalo Bolognese with pasta made from spelt, flax and other whole grains. For lunch I had salmon with an amazing quinoa salad I made with raw veggies....SO GOOD! I feel amazing eating this way! Just went shopping and bought a bunch of super cute summer shorts. Looking forward to showing them to my DH when he gets home! Maybe a fashion show before dinner...... emoticon
