new attitude

I have broken through my LONG plateau and have hope to continue to make progress!!! Somehow, my attitude towards food is changing. I don't feel like it is such a strong driving force. I don't want it to have "power" over me. I was able to go a longer stretch yesterday without eating. I was working and wasn't able to have time to eat. In the past I have feel hypoglycemic if I go too long. It's still good to not wait too long so I'm not ravenous. But, still I felt good I was able to do this and feel normal, despite being hungry. Anyhow, I feel good to have lost weight...finally!! I feel more hope to continue to make changes in my weight and attitude. Woo-hoo!
