just wanted to also let everyone know i am no longer doing P90x. I am focusing on training for my half marathon and losing this extra weight before gaining muscle!

    I do both, the p90x and running, I can tell you this, the p90x REALLY helps with strong core which is crucial for running and endurance. GOOD LUCK on your half. This is my last week to train before doing my next half marathon.
