I am trying to get back to using SP every day. I know what I have to do to lose weight, but I have not been taking the necessary steps. Why is it so hard to start up again once you have slacked off? I was using the nutrition tracker faithfully until I realized I just eat the same things every day. Maybe I am in a food rut. I need some new food ideas. Also, sometimes I just don't have enough time in the day to get on SP. Maybe that's it. I'll just have to make more time in the day. Can we make a day last more than 24 hours? If anyone out there has figured out how to do that, please let me know.
