One Step At A Time

Today is Day 6 of No Pop and Day 8 of No McDonald's- but who's counting? emoticon

Since watching 'Food, Inc.' it's been super easy to leave McD's alone, so that helps. The pop's been a little harder, but is getting better each day and somehow I managed to avoid the headaches this time around, for the most part. I'm finally starting to absorb the things I've read on SP, so I'm taking this lifestyle change in small steps.

This week I'm continuing what I started last week, and adding 'eat healthier' to it. Yeah, I stayed in calorie range last week, but some days those calories were ONLY in the form of leftover pizza & ramens, etc.! Now I'm working on making the calories count. I had fresh fruit today for the first time in weeks!

Next week: start exercizing a little each day...
