Two more days down!

So although it's only been a few days I'm still going strong and feeling REALLY good about it.
Day 4- ran 4.5m and I FINALLY saw movement on the scale. So that is the positive thing for Sunday. I was so excited you have thought I lost 20lbs and it was only 1.8. Going 11 weeks with all the hard work I've been putting into this and not seeing anything was VERY frustrating. Although I was and still am very motivated it was getting tough. So this gave me that little extra motivation and encouragement that I so desperately needed.
Day 5- eliptical for 30min and got my butt kicked by a trainer at my gym!!!!!!!! So I was doing some ground strength training and a new trainer saw me and decided that I looked like I needed help. Although I felt REALLY awkard at first I took him up on his offer and am glad I did. He showed me how to work my abs HARD!!!! It was crazy. I wasn't quite sure if I was going to make it out of the gym without crawling, haha. But I did and after strength training I did my cardio. So I say- GO ME!!!!! Something positive- I accepted the trainer's help which is something I would NEVER do before. I would have just said nicely "no thank you I'm fine". This experience has shown me just how much I have grown over the past year with my self-esteem and confidence.
