Tired and cranky. Made a visit to the dr today. I (silly me) found a tick on me Saturday and yanked it off. After I did it, I thought to myself silly me. What if you didn't get all of him out> This morning it was red and puffy around the bite site so I called the dr. He put me on an antibiotic. Seems the little critter left some bacteria. The antibiotic will make me sensitive to sunburn. Great!!! I leave for a mission trip to WV Saturday.

I just can't seem to get things in gear and moving in the right direction. I was in a challenge to loose 4 lbs by the 4th. I didn't loose!!! I gained. How hard is it to loose weight? Darn Hard!!!! I don't know what the problem is. I don't know if I should up this, lower that, add thist, take away that.

Tomorrow is a new day. Tonight I'm going to bed.

I am sorry about the tick bite, but so glad you went to the doctor and you are recieving treatment.

I noticed your emotion on walk/run team, so decided to check your page and here I am.

Maybe it is time to re-evaluate your goals and action steps. Are you keeping them simple? Try not focusing so much on "DIETING" as much and just making one small change at a time.
Slow and steady makes for long-lasting change.

Tick bites can be dangerous. West Nile is still out there from mosquito bites but I don't remember the name of the disease you can get from ticks. Could it be Lyme disease?
