I have been such a slacker the last little while. It's time to get back on track!
I decided to make some goals for July, so at the end of the month I can look back and see how well I did at keeping them.
1 - Choose healthy food.
2 - Drink less soda.
3 - EXERCISE! (I have been really bad about this lately. I have a good week and then slack off for the next week). I started P90X lean and want to actually finish it this time so I need to make sure I am doing my workouts every day. I also am going to sign up for a 5K that will be on August 14th, so I need to get my butt in gear and get out and run. I am thinking getting ready for the 5K will help get me going, I would like to do better in this one than what I did in the one I did at the beginning of the summer, so I am going to have to work hard.
Here's to a good month in July!
