Week 13: Detailed Exercise Log...just through Friday because of vacation

Week 12... I exceeded my exercise goal of 400+minutes AGAIN...logging 460 minutes and 19+ miles! This week my goal is again 400+ minutes and 20 or more miles...and I am striving to again do an aerobic workout 2x/day, at least 4 days this week by Friday...we leave on vacation Friday afternoon. We made sure there was a fitness center at both hotels we will be staying at, and definitely plan on using them at least once a day!

7/04: DAY OFF OF P90X, but was supposed to have done Kenpo X because didn't do it on Saturday...did nothing for a second day in a row!!
7/05: 65 minutes elliptical (4.08 miles) (489 calories)
7/05: ONLY 1 AEROBIC WORKOUT TODAY!!
7/06: 56 minutes walk/jog around Whitney (3.6 miles) (426 calories)
7/06: 13 minute jog (10 minute mile) (149 calories)
7/06: P90X: Chest and Back (26 minutes) (128 calories) only did 1/2 the workout
7/06: 50 minutes elliptical (3.25 miles) (348 calories)
7/06: 3 AEROBIC WORKOUTS TODAY!!
7/07: 47 minutes elliptical (3 miles) (323 calories)
7/07: P90X: Shoulders and Arms (52 minutes) (216 calories)
7/07: P90X: Ab Ripper X (15 minutes) (90 calories)
7/07: 45 minutes elliptical (3.1 miles) (370 calories)
7/08: 13 minute jog (9:45 minute mile) (149 calories)
7/08: 30 minutes elliptical (2 miles) (238 calories)
7/08: 2 AEROBIC WORKOUTS TODAY!!
7/09: 30 minutes elliptical (2 miles) (224 calories)
7/09: 36 minutes treadmill/bike (5.2 miles) (274 calories)
7/09: 2 AEROBIC WORKOUTS TODAY!!
7/09: OFF TO LA...HOPEFULLY WILL WALK A LOT AND JUST MAINTAIN WHILE ON VACATION!!!
