Progress and Vitamix concoctions

I have made small progresses. I was able to lose about 8 pounds using Weight Watchers, but gained it back while still on the program. I am having a hard time tracking my food (accountability is a huge issue for me). I no longer have my buddy, I hope that she is ok, and that everything is giong well for her. I heard that they had some weather issues where she was from, but I also know that she was about to move, so I will hope it is the later that has caused her to be gone.
I borrowed a Vitamix from family members and have been drinking a health smoothie on most days, my weight seems to have gone down, but truth be told, I have not been weighing myself consistently.. I am more focused on how I have been feeling. I have made some silly concoctions with this super-blender:
1) grapes, kale, orange, pear, a few strawberries = green
2) grapes, tomato, banana, pineapple, kale, strawberries(frozen), plain greek yogurt = brown
3) grapes, tomato, banana, pineapple, grapefruit, kale, blackberry yogurt, few mixed berries(frozen) = brownish green
Most of these are fruits which contain sugars, but I feel that if I keep making them I will continually add more veggies in. Besides fruits are good for you, I just have to make sure I track accordingly. These shakes have tasted well for the most part. And I know I am getting vitamin C for sure ;)
I need to ramp up my exercise. It has been a huge area that I have been slacking in. I just need to bite the big one and EXERCISE!! It really isn't that hard, but for some reason, my mind always overpowers and I do something else instead.
Joe and I got a raft/boat recently and have taken it on a couple of lakes, it really helps with upper body strength, so we just need to keep that up, especially with the marvelous summer we have going on.
