Slowest Loser

Saturday, July 03, 2010

I like this team and the concept of not trying to take off the weight so fast. As long as it is going in the right direction then it does not matter how slowly it happens. When I get off the path, then just dust off my britches and keep on trucking in the right direction.
Today was my weigh in day and was dreading, dreading, dreading what the scale was going to say but it was not that bad. It gave me a boost and desire to keep on Trucking.

I agree. When I saw this team I decided it was for me. Slowest Loser makes sense.
Any progress is better than none.

Slow but sure! emoticon My journey is also slow. It has taken 8 months to get down 24 pounds. But I'm not discouraged. It took me 41 years to put on the weight. It will take more than a few weeks to take it of. emoticon Thanks for sharing! It's good to know that I'm not alone. Take care! emoticon
