I gained a pound!
I did manage to journal every single bite that crossed my lips every single day of June. I've got some good data to analyze.
The" Calorie Differential Over Time" report shows my calories consumed firmly in the center of my Exercise calories.
Either I don't really burn as many calories during exercise as SparkPeople thinks I do or SparkPeople has miscalculated my BMR.
Bottom Line: I need to eat less. My average calories consumed in June was 1830. My goal is to trim that to 1730 for July.
Waist: 33.5 (-.5)
Hip: 43.5 (No Change)
Thigh: 24.75 (+.25)
BraLine: 33 (+.5) This is the measurement that's going to get me into that VeraWang gown again. But, not at this rate.
