It's Wednesday today which means no excercise. I feel like such a bum today. Maybe I'll do my dancing game on my Xbox tonight. Just doesn't feel right because I am so used to working out. I haven't been eating too well either. In my calorie range nevertheless, but mostly junk food and sweets. It's funny how I am still losing a bunch of weight with this method. I'll attribute it to my shrinking stomach because I am not hungry like I used to be anymore. Really need to get back on track...

Leaving for the beach on Saturday! Yay! That means tomorrow I'll be doing a whole bunch of cooking so that I can at least pack my breakfast and lunch foods. I'm thinking stuffed peppers with turkey and beans! It seemed to work last time I went on vacation and came back a pound lighter :) Walking on the beach everyday for an hour really helps too because it burns 1.5 times the calories as walking on a hard surface. I guess we will see.... emoticon
