GO USA CHALLENGE
GO is for cardio, get moving for every 10 min = 1 point max out at 20 points per day
U upper body exercises for every 10 rep = 1 point max out at 10 points per day
S stretching is so over looked. for every 10 min of stretching =5 points max out at 15 points per day
A aqua, drink your water for every 8oz. = 1 point max out at 10 points per day.
Challenge starts Friday July 2nd and goes through Tuesday July 5th.
Friday - GO = 12 U = 3 S = 2 A=10 Total 17 points
Sat. -GO - 6 U =3 S=5 A=10 Total 24 Points
Sun. Go = 6 U=3 S=4 A=8 Total 21 points
Mon. Go - 6 U=2 S=5 A=10 Total 23 Points
Tues. Go = 12 U=5 S=3 A = 10 Total 30 points
