I have offically started to change my habits!

1st day - Well yesterday was my first day at really getting back into the eating right and excercising frame of mind. I am proud of myself. I did really well on the foods I ate and I came home and got on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I am going to start off with doing 30 mintues for the first couple of weeks and then start adding more time as I go along. Today will be a test for me because I am workig from home. I always find it hard to stay on track when I am home alone. The junk food always calls my name. Have a great day!
