You look great! That is so cool to bring friends together like that. Those dishes look so gourmet that's talent. I was a vegetarian for a year. I seen tryveg.com's site could eat meat after that. I gave it up because I became weak and felt sick and was sick allot. I want to wish you and your group all the best on that trip. Try not to break a leg!LOL! 3431 days ago
Sumi- I was just tired. I taught KB and ran. Lost my steam by the point I made this after a long day plus watering garden. I haven't been recording because I spend too much time. But my diet is the same. Pretty much been the same since surgery. Plus I was just messing with ya on the herbs cuz of comment you said. :)
Messene: If you want the garlic recipe I will try to get it for you!

The Vegetarian Food Looks Great!! Another Great Blog! The Broccoli will grow bigger, give it about a week. =) Hey don't give us such a hard time on the spices, and i don't think the herbs are organic but hey at least its not :) a processed meal like a hotdog or something haha..
You look a little down, in the first part of the video. Hopefully, spark hasn't burnt you out or anything. It's better to be a spark addict, than :) to lose control over your Nutrition & Fitness. 3431 days ago
Nice vblog! Congrats on the run! Your veggie night with friends sounds really fun. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do like most veggies. That roasted garlic looked good too. Was it your idea for the veggie night? Keep up the good work:) 3432 days ago
Awesome job getting your friends involved! SHWEET! It all looks like something I would at least try. Which is always a good sign coming from a meat-eater. lol Good luck with your squash I am thinking about growing some in my house...got some seeds already. And broccoli...but maybe that for later. I'm glad KB is going better...I should take one of your classes someday...or maybe NOT! lol don't wanna DIE!
Thanks again for tonight. I really needed it. :D
