Sometimes, things just need to be spelled out in list form.
FOR MY WEEK, MONDAY through SUNDAY, my nutrition & fitness goals:
-Half Marathon Training: 2 "easy" runs of 2 miles each + Race Day Sunday - 4 miles (with my siblings who will be in visiting :) )
-TRACK EVERYTHING. Even if it causes me to go "over" on calories.
-Do 10 minutes of Yoga a day. Even if it's 10 minutes of corpse/child pose before bed. This is restorative and good for me!
-Do 5 Strength Sessions: Two Upperbody, One lowerbody, One Total Body, and One 30DS session.
-Drink Water. I've been doing pretty well at this, and it's important for me to keep on track.
