slow start

So today i finally did circuit 2 burn and i was shaking all over like crazy ... my legs were going so fast and uncontrollably.. They say you should shake that is how you know your muscles are working but man....... so i have to be honest here i have been very lazy this week about getting my a** out of bed and doing my chaleans .. but that has to stop i find i can be persuaded so easily to be lazy.... I need to try and eat better no make that i have to eat better or all that i have done will be for nothing. I will not diet i will not restrict but....... i can make better choices for me .... aaaahhhhhhhh why couldn't i have been born with the perfect body like that person everyone knows who eats everything and still is skinny and mind you they to don't work out.......well i say be fair give those jeans to us all... damn it!!!! well today i did my chaleans and ate a 100 cal yogurt.. yum yum but now i need to get protein in my body so till the next time thanks for listening and feel free to leave me any comments like " get off your arse and do the exercise "

    Great job for pushing through and getting it done! And you can do it, look at far you've come... so you already know you have what it takes and the determination. We all have the lazy days but when I have a lazy day I take myself into the bathroom pick up my shirt and stare at my stomach in the mirror until I convince myself that Im not done working towards my goal! Im not putting myself down its just a way to remind myself that I need to stick with what I started!
