What helps me is I have a huge water cup from Dave n Busters that I just fill to the top with some ice and water. I figure if I drink two of those a day, I'm good with the h20 intake. Also, I use some flavor packets to put in my water to make it taste sweeter. (they call them "fitness" packets on some boxes. They don't change the color of the water but how it tastes). I find this is a bit much for my tall water cup so I'll drink about half of it, and keep refilling it to the top. Lasts me all day!!
