Day 23 of 100% compliance with journaling fitness and nutrition. If 21 days makes a habit, I'm there. I know I'm not. I really struggle on the weekends. I will be printing out my Spark Summary Calendar at the end of this month and (hopefully) every month. To see that summary in print should be inspiring. The way it stands now, I've gained .8 pounds this month. That means I've consumed a total of 2800 calories too many, roughly 122 per day. Interesting that my average daily calories consumed so far this month is 1937 and it was 2300 in May. That math does not support a weight gain.

This morning I sent my deposit for SKYDIVING! I'm not sure what got into me. I thing it's important to "push the envelope" now and then. The opportunity presented itself and I acted on it.

    i AGREE WITH MEZZO on the .8 Noone likes to see the scale go up at all... but well we are women our bodies do the strangest things... Not to mention that scales themselves are about as finiky as we are :)

    One of my favorite things to see are the things like if you give up one _____ a day for a year it results in a _____ weight loss. Those stats are always motivating to me.

    Maybe it's muscle? 0.8 pounds is negligible, and could easily be extra salt or the humidity we have been having. Any number of things. Maybe up your water and see if it helps flush things out.

    As to skydiving, it's on my list of things to do! Woot! Thanks for your ongoing support!!

    Congratulations on the Skydiving. I hear it is awesome. I havew a few friends that do it every weekend.

    On the math part. Make sure you get that straightened out before you jump out of the plane.;-0
