I started running this week... intervals during my daily walk... I tried running in the second week of my journey when I was 305 pounds, and it was sooo hard on my body. 15 pounds later I have started again... and the entire time I am doing it, all I keep thinking is how proud a 289 pound woman should be for getting herself into a run.
