    I definitely vote for no soda. If that is 1200 calories less a day, you could be averaging about a pound of loss in 3 days!!!! Without changing anything else in your day!!!! You can do this because you already gave up fast food and that is hard! Good luck and keep up the good work!!

    I vote for no soda. You can still snack through out the day like 100 calorie snack or less and you would still be good. I totally also root for you for not eating fast food for 22 days! You go girl!! I hope you keep up the great work!
