I'm so happy! I actually worked out today, I walked 1.5 miles today, and I drank 9 cups of water today (...and I'm still drinking!) I drank one cup of coffee this morning & I drank almost a 2nd cup, and then after that I stuck to water all day. I did great with eating, even when I 'splurged' & I had 3 slices of pizza-I was still under my goal for calories!
I can't believe I actually did it today! I am so happy! I felt so good today! I cant wait until I weigh in next week, to see if I made any progress. This is really exciting! :)
