I extended my weekend to include Monday. Weekend after weekend after weekend I undo all the week's good effort. I've GOT to find a way to stop this. To my credit, I'm journaling everything I put in my mouth. I'm putting way too much in my mouth. Good thing I exercise like a fiend.

I met all my nutritional goals for today! emoticon

    hey at least your keeping track of everything your eating!! I found that tracking what you eat, especially the bad stuff, can be especially easy to *ahem* "forget" to do haha. So your doing good in my book!!
