First Week victory

My scales are showing a 4.5 pound weight lose.
I know some of this is water weight, though I'm not sure how that happened considering I'm drink so much more water now.
I have always dropped weight quickly the first week or two and then it slows down considerably. I have been trying to eat right, enjoying fresh fruits and vegetables. I always find it easier to start a diet (oops...Lifestyle Change) at this time of year since Mother Nature provides us with so many foods that are good for us and that taste good too. However I am having a indulgence of a frozen fruit pop after dinner every evening. Help with the sugar cravings
I can hardly wait to fit back into the clothes that I wore last summer. Another 7 or 8 pounds should do it. But really looking forward to wearing some of the other items in my closet that I haven't worn in years.
