First Week victory

My scales are showing a 4.5 pound weight lose.
I know some of this is water weight, though I'm not sure how that happened considering I'm drink so much more water now.
I have always dropped weight quickly the first week or two and then it slows down considerably. I have been trying to eat right, enjoying fresh fruits and vegetables. I always find it easier to start a diet (oops...Lifestyle Change) at this time of year since Mother Nature provides us with so many foods that are good for us and that taste good too. However I am having a indulgence of a frozen fruit pop after dinner every evening. Help with the sugar cravings
I can hardly wait to fit back into the clothes that I wore last summer. Another 7 or 8 pounds should do it. But really looking forward to wearing some of the other items in my closet that I haven't worn in years. emoticon

    Wouldn't it be so nice if Mother Nature could give us fruits and vegetables all year 'round? Instead of getting them for triple the price from greenhouse growers or other countries.
