Thank you for sharing your goal chart and visualization. I wasn't exactly sure how to do it and your video helped. I also make up own foods within the recommended guidlines for cal,carbs,fat and protein and am doing well with it so far. I'm only 1 week in. You are doing great! 3317 days ago
I do want to comment on the meal planner, there is an option to close those boxes. I have mine closed and I don't spend extra money to eat healthy. I think you can lower your calorie intake by just making healthier choices, with what you have. I usually have a sandwich for lunch and even though I love mayo, I only put as small smudge so that I don't get the calories but I get a small taste of it. And now that I'm actually eating one serving size, I think I may save money because I'm not eating as much, at a time.
