Spreading the Spark

Last night I had a public presentation for work with a captive audience of 40 people. I was able to spread the Spark and give out cards about Sparkpeople.com.
I love this community and the great support I have found here and I wanted to share it with others to encourage them on their weight loss journey.

    I just now read your April blog about your friend, and decided to read some of your other blogs. I am so sorry for your loss, and how blessed you are to have had her in your life. May the many memories of your dear friend keep her in your heart always.

    It looks like you are continuing to strive for your goals, and you have "Sparked" my own progress to meeting my goals. It makes a difference for me in my own attitude when I read inspiring blogs or comments from you and other Spark members. Thank you for renewing my Spark, and now I am off to make a healthy breakfast and get in some strength training (something I have neglected).
