    Hi! This is my first time to your blog. I think it's great that you want to be a Spark "coach"! That is just a beautiful way to give of yourself to help others! I found your video today very encouraging, and you're right about always being able to start over. That's exactly what I'm doing. I've been here before. I've tried to lose weight before. But I didn't do so well, so here I am again. I hope I will do better this time. I need someone to kick my behind once in a while, gently of course, so I don't get off track again. LOL
