Eventhough my commitment is to only weigh myself 1x/wk, I went ahead and weighed in this morning. Wanted to see what yesterday did for me, and it did good things besides feeling really great all day. I was down one lb from the two I had gained back. What did I do ~ I went to the gym and sweated abit, I ate light and healthy all day including evening. I did not drink as much water as needed, (and that does tend to alter the scale in the + side), however now that the weather's heating up I'll be drinking alto without trying. About to get dressed and go to the gym again, even on the off day when I'm not meeting my friend because she doesn't go enough for me. It'll be fun again and I'll feel great today again! Yay!
