Day 20 without fast food....and a poll.

Hey Sparkies! Help me decide what should be the next habit to break after I have gone 30 days abstaining from fast food. Leave a comment. The choices are: Calorie Sodas, eating after 10, not exercising, skipping breakfast, and snacking between meals. If you have an opinion either way, let me know. I will announce my next goal on June 25th. That should give me 5 days to prepare :)

    I would definitely go with getting rid of calorie sodas. They are so easy to drink and just add up. Good luck on all your goals!

    I am surprised also...
    because, when hubby and I stopped eating fast food, the pounds came off quick. That, and no regular sugar drinks.

    Way to go on the fast food challenge. If you started exercising - you would start to see your weight drop! That is what I suggest :o)

    I have done the same thing. But, I have 6 months or more. I rarely eat FaST Food anymore. Since I moved I don't eat it anymore. EXCEPT the bad thing is my Church I have been going to is right next to a Mexican Grocery STORE & BAKERY. Bad for me??But now I know what's been happening they have TRes Leche's cakes and breads and I have been eating something everytime I go every WEDS & Sunday??? I am changing me way's now! I support you in your trek to stay off all fast foods! I don't have a car anymore I sold it last month. But, I rarely drove only to the grocery store 3-4times a month. That certainly helps too. I HOPE THAT YOUR SUCESSFUL IN THE FAST FOOD CHALLENGE. I HAVE MASTERED THAT, BUT THE BAKERY ONE THAT I STARTED MIGHT HAVE EVEN GOTTEN WORSE. I started drinking Diet Sodas for the past 2-3yrs. That was working for along time also. But, not when your eating bakery goods 2 times a week.I LOVE YOUR THE IDEA OF STOPPING ALL FAST FOODS IT WAS EASY FOR ME. BUT, BAKERY ITEMS ARE HARDER THAN FAST FOOD. emoticon emoticon

    Thanks! Skipping breakfast has always been a problem of mine. I think I technically eat breakfast but is technically at lunch time because I go to bed at 3 am and wake up at 11. Thats another thing I'm working on too... UG So much to do!!!

    Eat all three meals a day. No skipping breakfast.
