This was a real nice video blog! I've been on Spark about a year too, and I know what you mean about progress other than weight loss--I feel like I've come a long way even though I haven't lost any weight: I've quit smoking, learned tons about nutrition and healthy relationships with food, started exercising more or less regularly, etc etc. I never did wander away from Spark, even when I wasn't following my program--I woulda missed my friends too much. =)
I feel ready to lose weight too, now. I'm going to motivate myself and this is the year I'm going to lose weight!
