New You bootcamp workout Day 6!

I actually did not feel really well today. My throat kind of hurts and my sinuses are stuffed and I had a headache and felt a little nauseous on and off all day. I'm not whining I'm just keeping track of all this. Just so I know!
Even though I felt not so well I did the workout and it turned out okay. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be. Today was arms and shoulders and I felt it in my back as well. I'm still getting used to using the stability ball so my BIG challenge in all these workouts is to STAY ON THE BALL! LOL! You find your balance eventually and it gets easier!
It's just past midnight (way past my bedtime!) and I'm tired!
