New You bootcamp workout Day 6!

I actually did not feel really well today. My throat kind of hurts and my sinuses are stuffed and I had a headache and felt a little nauseous on and off all day. I'm not whining I'm just keeping track of all this. Just so I know!
Even though I felt not so well I did the workout and it turned out okay. It was a lot easier then I thought it would be. Today was arms and shoulders and I felt it in my back as well. I'm still getting used to using the stability ball so my BIG challenge in all these workouts is to STAY ON THE BALL! LOL! You find your balance eventually and it gets easier!
It's just past midnight (way past my bedtime!) and I'm tired!

    I know the problem of staying on the ball! One night I was attempting to talk to my oldest son on the phone while also trying to do the stability ball exercises. At one point I rolled off and told him to wait just a moment while I picked myself up. I heard the phone saying something after I put it down, but was getting my feet and hands under me to get up. When I picked up the phone, he was frantically saying, "are you alright?"

    I reassured him I was fine except for my pride! Nowadays I am doing much better staying on the ball, and try to get the exercises done before or after his call!
