Gosh, the days are flying with my new job at the animal hospital. 9 hours of standing then gym time is rough, but I'm sticking to it. Its also nice being lazy and packing protein bars and snack bars for lunch and snacks. I'm glad I haven't gotten bored of the peanut butter special K bars. I know I'm supposed to spread out my calories to avoid bingeing, but I love coming home from work only 480 calories into the day and being able to eat almost anything for dinner. Also, the bars are nice because lunch isn't a big to do if there are patients waiting. I'm hoping for another big weight loss into next week. maybe I'll start to catch back up to my goal :)
