trying to stay on track

Thursday, June 17, 2010

Well, it has been a while since I have been here. I have only lost 37 pounds in 3 years, and I feel like it will never end for me. I keep plugging along and it isn't enough.
I can't do much as the way of working out, I am in constant pain. I do walk and try and bike when I can.
I guess my biggest problem is I am just so lonely, it is so hard to want to go forward. I mean no one cares, and at this point I don't either.
My health keeps me trying if not for that I probably would have stopped a long time ago.
I wish I had the motivation like most of these spark people have, they are truly amazing.
Oh well, back to chores.

I have a family but they are not that supportive of my need to lose weight. I understand how hard it is to do things on my own. Don't give up, everything worth having is worth trying. You can do it. I have medical problems too, I am only 41 and had my hip replaced and a hysterectomy all in one year. If i don't get this extra 60 lbs of then i will have to have my hip worked on again. What i am saying is we all have problems and issues we just have to keep plugging away at life.
