Week 2 Weigh-In

I had my 2 week weigh-in this morning... and I'm down 3 pounds! I'm thrilled as at 1.5 weeks I was only down 0.5 pounds. I knew the scale would catch up eventually. I'm still running on momentum and staying within all of my goals every day! I was really tempted by my daughter's McDonald's fries today (just saying that makes me drool), but I didn't eat any!

    That is fantastic. I have lost an average of 1 lb a week over the last 8. Today is weigh-in day, I have no idea if I have a loss or gain but either way it is ok b/c i know that I have made lasting changes in my life, this is not a diet for me but a truly a lifestyle change. I might change my weigh-in to every two weeks, I hate being a slave to the scale. The scale does not define who I am. I am defined by who I am in the inside. You just keep up your great work!! WTG!! emoticon
