Frustrated

Today I weighed myself and got very angry. I am on my 15th day of no soda and no french fries.... and haven't lost any weight. People say they can see me losing weight but the scale is not in agreement. My clothes fit a little differently but again the scale!!!!!

I almost gave up today. But then I thought that even if the scale doesn't show it, my body is grateful. Looking at the big picture... my son is doing great and my grandmother is doing well. Change is hard but looking at my life as a whole, I am blessed. Day 16 here we come!!! emoticon

    Don't always count on the scale! If you're exercising you could be developing muscle, and the difference in how your clothes fit is a huge plus! Are you tracking your food so you can look back and see what you may need to change? If you're doing the same exercise routine every day change it up. emoticon

    You are right. I have to accept that this is a lifestyle change and will not happen overnight. I'm really surprised I haven't given up. Thanks for the support!

    It's a delicate balance. Are you getting your water? Proper nutrition? Eating in your calorie range? Keep trying!
