My Nutrition Tracker

How do you use it? Do you just track your food? Have you seen the menus they sort out for you?

Why am I talking about this? Yesterday I talked about a take out lunch I had to create and I only good the idea because of my nutrition tracker. I really liked the ideas and one of them is the peanut butter sandwich. Why is it good? Well you get to see all options that you can swap for chicken breast for exemple. For fruits, for vegetables, and everything. That WITH the proper portion. What more could you ask for, right? It's great for learning smart swaps, so if you're outside and you're not sure how to build a balanced meal... You just remember some of the options and you can mix and swap those and choose from it. I like planning ahead, I feel more secure and less tempted to go out of my diet. However we all know that surprises happen, and after I started using this AMAZING tool from SP I've learned how to eat better. I have NO doubts that this is one of the main reasons for me to succeed in my died.

The updates about my dinner yesterday? It was SOOO beautiful. He did a lot of research and asked a restaurant to create this amazing menu with a lot of food on small portions and healthy food and healthy options (he chose more than one plate, so I could choose if I didn't like it). I LOVED it. I think I might have gone over my calorie limits, but then again... I'm becoming healthy and trying to think I'm NOT on a diet, but I'm on a learning proccess. I guess it's ok.
