My 1st week on SPARKPEOPLE :-)

Wow this week I would have to say was my worst! I started my diet May 14th lost 10 lbs my 1st 2 weeks then started to go down hill from there:-(... I believe that allowing myself one cheat day a week was a bad idea! I AM BACK TODAY! I SWEAR NO MORE OF THIS CRAP! I am the type of person that does not do well once I allow myself to get off track I fall and fall hard... I am going to go to the gym tonight I swear! Wow this pitty crap has gotta stop! Sorry everyone I do this to myself everytime.. I will beat myself up and feel like i'm not worth it to lose weight becouse I fall and this happens every time!!! I AM DONE! I DON'T WANT TO FALL AGAIN! I need to do this! I don't know why it's so hard! My husband never wants to go to the gym anymore my sister don't have the time! I have no car during the day and I feel really bad taking my sisters! I can come up with a MILLION EXCUSES I SWEAR! OK LOL DONE VENTING SORRY THIS IS NOT A VIDEO BECOUSE IM SOOO PISSED OFF AT MYSELF! ONE WEEK FROM NOW I WILL WEIGH IN.. LETS DO THIS
