Finally some progress!!!!!!

Although I have been eating right and exercising, I seem to have been in a holding pattern for so long. My weight would go up and down. Lose 3 pounds, gain two etc..... Well, my daughter, husband and I just completed a six week body challenge where we exercised (intense) 3 days a week and were supposed to do cardio three days. I wasn't good with the cardio but went to all the classes and followed the diet plan. I lost 4 pounds, 3 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips! I tthougt, what if I had done the cardio too; I would have had greater results. I go on vacation soon then it's P90X and back to the diet. I'm excited!!!!!!!

    After we return from vacation we are starting P90X. Now that I'm starting to get results, I'm even more excited to get started!

    This is awesome!! Yes, you definitely would have had better results with more cardio. I've been in a holding pattern as well and hope some intense workouts shock my body.
