Finally some progress!!!!!!

Although I have been eating right and exercising, I seem to have been in a holding pattern for so long. My weight would go up and down. Lose 3 pounds, gain two etc..... Well, my daughter, husband and I just completed a six week body challenge where we exercised (intense) 3 days a week and were supposed to do cardio three days. I wasn't good with the cardio but went to all the classes and followed the diet plan. I lost 4 pounds, 3 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips! I tthougt, what if I had done the cardio too; I would have had greater results. I go on vacation soon then it's P90X and back to the diet. I'm excited!!!!!!!
