Cure for my ice cream fix woohoo!

Sunday, June 06, 2010

I bought some no sugar added fat free strawberry ice cream and it is so good. Really. I pair that with a 20 calorie cone and it's a great under 100 calorie snack. So much more filling than one of those 100 calorie packs.

I want to go to the gym today. :-( My gym closes early on Sundays and my husband has to work all day. They only have the babysitting service Monday-Saturday. It's also raining so I can't even go for a bike ride. I think I may try out the 30 day shred dvd I bought not too long ago.

My biggest goal for today is to look up some new recipes. I'm specifically looking for a good fish taco recipe at my husband's request. I'm hoping it will stop raining so we can cook on the grill tonight. The George Forman just isn't the same.

If you're looking for yummy, low calorie ice cream, try the Skinny Cow products. Their cookies and cream is really tasty. I like buying their individual serving cups. They're only 150 cals and their flavors are YUMMY !!

Because my husband is diabetic I found out several years ago the No Sugar Added ice creams are very good. My favorite is butter pecan.

I love ice cream, too, but I've always been hesitant to try the no-sugar added kind. Now I will!

I had similar problems exercising when my kids were little: who watches them? Good for you for looking for a solution!
