Hoping this lasts

Currently I have gotten back into fitness and am loving it. I am using the Wii 5-6/7 days per week for exercise. I usually do workout videos, but was getting tired of it. Wanting to stay motivated. After working out for 95 minutes earlier today (light with the Wii Sports Resort and moderate with Wii Walk It Out) played Wii Sports Resort again with my husband this evening. Fun Fun Fun!

Hello emoticon , exercise is a big part of being healthy. I think we get to a point IF we exercise regularly that our body start to demand we get it. We realize it makes the body feel good and our organs love it . If we hang in there long enough this happens. So often we start out with the wrong thought or attitude (lazy) and this will only defeat what we really need to do . I can write this because it is a true story. I have been exercising for many yrs now. The only reason I am is because I let go of the lazy mental thought. I reached that point of this feels great every time I do it! I know I am not alone in this. emoticon emoticon emoticon to Sparks! emoticon emoticon emoticon
