Beginning to get my MOJO back

Gosh I feel good. Just 3 days of staying on plan and eating healthy, exercising, getting up early, going to bed on time. . . . and I already feel like my life is getting back into order.
I am doing a lot of good self talk. At night right before I fall asleep I am doing positive affirmations and visualization. And the best part is I am sleeping better already.
Added some good cardio this morning. That felt good to get a sweat up and move my sedentary body.
