Hi all!
First of all, I celebrated my 20th birthday on Monday. I decided to say screw you to my diet that day and I ate a mushroom burger and fries, tri tip and steak, a white chocolate peanut butter cup, and a bunch of cake, I actually didnt gain anything from it which is surprising. I am so glad I did what I did because now I've take the mystique away from all the junk food and am now so ready to focus.
Im ready to finally start eating up to my calorie and other intake limit and look forward to figuring in all these different things. Like tonight, I had an almost spare 300 cals, so I am able to figure in a low cal ice cream sandwhich. I could figure in granola bars or rice, but I guess Ill wait till my momma goes grocery shopping again so I have all these wonderful things to choose from. Im hoping I can go with her to pick out some fiber crackers with whole wheat flour and no added sugar, or maybe I can find some bread that I can actually have. All I can say is im excited to find new foods,
I have also just bought a glass bathroom scale. For the longest time I was just weighing myself at the gym, which has its disadvantages because usually ive had something to eat or drink before, that and I usually have to figure in what I wear, etc- and apparently you can't weight yourself naked at the gym- i guess they kinda look down on that.....

So needless to say, Im very excited to have this kind of control, its very empowering and i look forward to seeing results.
