I'm making it a goal to increase my exercise. I'll be walking on Thursday and I've joined the 28-day Boot Camp to get into better exercise habits! That should help a lot!!!

    Do NOT neglect weight training. Take a lesson from Biggest Losers....how they lose so much weight?.....WEIGHT TRAINING...build calorie burning muscle!
